Day School News
The Day School students have learned all about winter, cold and Polar Animals the first 2 weeks back from Christmas Break.
Mrs. Palermo’s FBO Class (1 yr. olds) - made penguins fort their bulletin board.
Mrs. Staudt’s Early 2’s class made some crystal like snowflakes on display outside their room in the Day School.
Mrs. Shelton’s 2 ½’s made a Gulfcoast snowman with shell for his face.
Mrs. Gobert’s Class made snow (Steve Spangle Science) to play with in their sand table. What fun they had!
Mrs. Burke’s class learned how blubber keeps you warm. They did an experiment with 2 Ziploc bags with Crisco inside. They placed their hand in the bags and then in ice water and could not feel the cold because of the Blubber Crisco.
