About St. Andrews
Saint Andrews is not about us.
St. Andrews is about God. We are here because God has formed us and shaped us. We are here because God gives us our life and our mission and purpose.
We are about the God we have come to know in Jesus Christ, His Son, our Savior and our Lord. Jesus died for us, paying the price we could never pay. God raised Jesus, demonstrating God's victory over sin and death. Jesus teaches us through his words and life just how much God loves us and how God wants us to live.
We are about God, the Holy Spirit, the real presence, with us today, challenging, guiding and empowering us. The Spirit is very much at work among us at St. Andrews.
We're on the journey. We welcome you to join us. We invite you, first of all to join us in worshpping God. This is the chief purpose of our church, to glorify and enjoy God. We are Presbyterians with doctrines and beliefs and traditions, but worshiping and serving God, caring for our neighbors in need as Jesus taught and responding to the Holy Spirit of God, at work among us is the most important thing we do.
A part of our journey is to learn about God. We invite you to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ with us. We invite you to know Christ as we do. Please talk with one of our members or with our Pastor about your journey with God. Join us in worship this Sunday!
